How do I get refunded?

To receive your refund, either call MMNT at 214-310-9873 or mail your return product to the following address:

Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 30 days following your shipment.

MMNT does not ship internationally

Where’s my refund?

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the return. Upon issuing a refund, this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 30 days to apply your credit.

I want to cancel my order

Orders can be cancelled provided the order hasn’t already entered the shipping process. Most orders ship the next day, if ordered during the business week. You may email us at mindfulminerals_northtexas@yahoo.com.
