My name is Stephanie Talia, owner of Stephanie’s Mindful Solutions. I have PSORIASIS and I am thriving. I have had psoriasis most of my life. I have spent years vetting and trying different natural solutions to get the relief I needed and desperately wanted.
Part of my journey was suffering with and surviving cracked, painful, itchy skin that impacted my quality of life for years. Pain, depression and embarrassment always on the surface making me doubt, question and sometimes hide from others. Years of searching for products that would get me by in the moment or work and get me relief. I have found solutions that have calmed and healed my skin and body. My quality of life has improved which has allowed me to grow, become healthy, strong and to help others love the skin they are in.
It wasn’t one solution that did the trick for me. It was several solutions combined to address my skin and body inflammation at a cellular level so that I could begin to heal and address my psoriasis. I NOW love the skin I am in! I am able to share the solutions I have found and vetted to help others live their best lives.
